SolarAid has received a much coveted Blue Peter badge after the children's BBC programme chose to feature a SolarAid Sunnymoney product on the show.

During a piece about solar technology, Blue Peter used SolarAid Kenya's 'Zebedee' lantern to demonstrate the versatility of solar. The product enabled the presenters to illustrate the development of solar technology and how it can light homes, even on a small-scale.
